I have been buying ink cartridges for my Epson printer from Hobbyprint for over 10 years. I used to buy them from computers fairs but have been buying online and over the telephone for the past 5 or 6 years. The cartridges are good quality, always work first time that I install them and the service that I get is first class.

Had an Issue with a printer that was not purchased from HobbyPrint and they looked at it, contacted Canon and reminded Canon that the printer was purchased via Amazon with a 2 year Warranty.

Mike diagnosed the fault with the printheads and pushed Canon several times to get replacements for him to install. Printer working brilliantly now and i can not thank Hobbyprint enough.

Had an issue wiuth a printer that we purchased from another supplier who are no longer in business. Hobbyprint fixed the printer with a few simple instructions over the phone. Very grateful and will buy all of my inks and papers from hobbyprint in future
